This Privacy Policy explains how Flecks Capital LLC(“Flecks Capital,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Flecks Capital (the “Service”).

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name and email address, collected and managed via our authentication provider, Clerk, including via Google sign-in if you choose that option.
• Billing information — if you subscribe to Flecks Capital Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; we receive limited billing metadata (such as subscription status) from Stripe.
• Usage data — such as which tickers and edges you view, to operate and improve the Service.
• Device/browser data — standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device type, collected automatically by our hosting provider.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process subscription payments and manage your account tier (Free vs. Pro)
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, or updates to the Service
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited data with the following service providers, solely to operate the Service:

• Clerk — authentication and account management
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Vercel — application hosting and infrastructure
• Yahoo Finance — source of publicly available market price data (no personal data is sent to this provider)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example, billing records).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information
• Withdraw consent to data processing, where applicable

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
